DZ-5000 Flame Spraying System

With high spraying efficiency, specially designed nozzles produce high energy flame stream but no heat generation after working long hours.

 DZ-5000 produces dense and uniform coatings by using DZ- Powder Feeder which provides continuous feeding and precise and reproducible powder feed rates during high energy flame spraying.

 DZ-5000 uses various powders such as ceramic, metallic and plastic powders with grain size no less than 5µm.

 DZ-5000, easy to operate, can spray from various angles and achieve simplified auto-spray.

DZ-5000 high energy Spray Gun can spray various powders such as ceramic, metallic and plastic powders. Neither heat generation nor tempering occurs after working prolonged hours. The maximum heat energy can reach 26,250Kcal/h due to the specially designed nozzles.

DZ-1195 Precise Powder Feeder uses various powders with grain size no less than 5µm. According to “Fluidized Bed Principle”, powder feed is precise (≤5%) and stable, with a powder feed rate range of 0.5kg/h~15kg/h.

 Gas Module consists of special flow system and compressed air control unit. The special flow system control the flow of ethine and oxygen during the process of spray while the compressed air control unit modifies air pressure by air regulator filter valve and provides clean and dried compressed air.
