  Performances Superior to Conventional Arc Spraying System:

 

Exclusive power supply unit considerably increases the capacities of short current in the system, and solves the interrupted-arc problem in materials such as aluminum during arc spraying.

 

Low porosity, low oxide content, together with improved properties of thermal spray coatings such as bond strength, hardness, corrosion, erosion and abrasion resistance

 

Using automatic double wire delivering unit to provide powerful pushes, DZ-Arc-400 system can feed homogenously all sorts of metallic wires Φ1.6/2.0/3.0mm. Wire delivery distance can reach about 4m.

 

Using air-cooled cables to ensure the system to perform continually and stably with a powerful current supply.

 

Specially designed ceramic nozzles can improve the atomization capabilities of droplets and anti-adhesive characteristics can provide prolonged service term. The flame current length exceeds that of the conventional arc spraying model.

 

Designed innovatively, aseismicity and dust prevention properties greatly improved, DZ-Arc-400 system can be moved conveniently and operated properly in bad conditions.
